Our animals are raised thoughtfully, with a mind toward both ethics and environmentalism. Hidden Villa’s commitment to animal welfare and land stewardship is put into practice with the seasonal rotational grazing of our livestock. By moving our grazing animals to fresh pasture every few weeks, we keep them healthy and happy while allowing the soil to rest, replenish, and regenerate. Our animals are always antibiotic and hormone-free, and cared for with low-stress husbandry techniques. The result of a lifetime of thoughtful, value-oriented rearing?
