Pork Boston Butt Shoulder Roast

Bone-in pork shoulder roast. Cut from the upper part of the shoulder, richly marbled. Low and slow cooking in the oven, crock-pot, or smoker yields succulent, fall-off-the-bone meat.  Great for carnitas or pulled pork.
