Simple Egg, Bacon and Tomato Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- (1 or 2) HV pasture raised eggs
- (2-4 slices) HV farm fresh tomatoes
- (A spoonful or two) Quick and Classy Garlic Aioli
- (3-4 strips) HV pasture-raised bacon
Directions
Fry bacon as you normally would. Remove bacon from pan. Over medium heat, crack eggs into the rendered bacon fat. Cook eggs until done to your liking. Spread your Quick and Classy Garlic Aioli on toast. Assemble sandwich open or closed face with tomato slices and eggs. Sprinkle with crunchy salt (Maldon)- Bam Boom Zing! Enjoy!
