- (4-5) HV fresh pasture-raised eggs
- (1.5-2x volume of eggs) Dashi, broth or water
- (2 teaspoons) soy sauce
- (1-2 teaspoons) agave syrup
Crack the eggs into a liquid measuring cup. add 1.5-2x the volume of eggs in your choice of dashi, broth, or water. Add soy sauce and agave. Use chop sticks or a whisk to mix until well combined. Microwave on 30% power for 8 minutes or steam for 10-14 minutes depending on the size of your dishes.
